Job Description

This position will be a member of the corporate total rewards team reporting to the Director, Global Benefits. You will collaborate with HRBP leaders responsible for driving total rewards initiatives and projects for the Europe region. This position will be responsible for understanding the organization’s business models and strategies and identifying complementary rewards strategies and solutions. Must be able to represent the corporate total rewards function and negotiate and influence stakeholders within the client group.

This position will support various compensation and benefits programs, including annual salary structure design, compensation planning process, and ongoing benefit renewals. Additionally, in partnership with the HRBPs, this position will communicate, train, and deliver reward programs to the aligned client groups. This individual may also lead and consult on other HR and Compensation-related projects. This incumbent will be an active member of the corporate total rewards team by providing support, mentorship, and guidance to other team members.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of Intuitive’s business models and strategies and identify complementary compensation strategies and solutions
  • Create, develop, or modify programs or processes to solve complex problems
  • Negotiate and persuade all levels within the Intuitive client groups to gain cooperation and achieve results
  • Understand emerging compensation and benefits trends and best practices and recommend new initiatives where appropriate
  • Provide ad-hoc support and develop strong cross-functional partnerships to support business needs
  • Lead benefit renewals in assigned countries
  • Work with benefit brokers and internal HR to resolve complex escalated employee issues
  • Provide detailed analysis on competitive position and trends and recommend program adjustments/updates to report market competitiveness by global region and job family.
  • Support the total rewards team on project-based analyses and benchmarking
Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years of experience
  • Degree in Business, HR, or related field or equivalent education and experience
  • Proven track record of analysis and implementation of well thought out and practical solutions
  • Be highly organized, detail-oriented, and a stickler for accuracy.
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking skills; ability to support recommendations through data and analysis.
  • Must be able to work productively in an environment with high levels of interruption
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentation) skills, and advanced problem-solving orientation and decision-making skills. Proven ability to develop, present and justify positions to all levels within the company.
  • Demonstrated vendor management responsibilities
  • Experience working in a global total rewards matrix environment
  • Demonstrated experience working with HR Operations/Shared Services, Payroll, and Legal
