Software Customer Support Engineer

• You monitor the licenses for all design and software through the customer’s portoflio worldwide and coordinate the suppliers interventions according to maintenance contracts or new projects
• You train and demonstrate to customers how to use software and new functionalities
• You install and configure customers prepress and design network including all needed software and hardware (Proofs, Servers, Workstations)
• You support prepress and design software requests
• You test new releases of all design and prepress software and elaborate process documentation
  

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Engineering / Technology or similar education background
• Proven experience in a similar position within an industrial environment with an international scope, printing industry/IT field is a strong asset
• Very good command of English (min. C1)
• Ready to travel wordlwide up to 30% of the time
• Problem solving, flexible, customer service orientation
