Join us to support the global External Supply Quality team at our site in Aubonne, Switzerland, until end 2023 !In this capacity, you will support QA oversight of Supplier Quality processes that are necessary to run our manufacturing and development activities.In collaboration with sites and global functions, you ensure that suppliers are qualified and maintained in compliance with Merck and regulatory standards and expectations. You manage operational Supplier Quality systems for local and global suppliers, quality agreements, changes, risk management and supplier complaints. You may also participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of the processes you manage.You are part of a team that drives Supplier Quality activities at our manufacturing facilities worldwide, with a passion for improving the lives of patients.More specifically, you will support the European team with their daily activities.Who You Are
  • Science or Technology degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Material Science, Biology, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Chemistry)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
  • Strong knowledge of ISO, GMP & GDP regulations, FDA 21 CFR, EU GMP and ICH Guidelines
  • Practical knowledge of risk assessment applications
  • Knowledge of Material Science, Supplier Management and TrackWise is a plus
  • Excellent communications skills, with a collaborative attitude towards external and internal stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in both a virtual and on-site team setting
  • French & English fluent. Other languages desirable
