Tasks

In close cooperation with the respective product managers and other stakeholders, you:

Plan and coordinate successful product launches worldwide
Create, plan, manage and implement integrated cross-media marketing campaigns that drive demand and/or strengthen our brand
Manage and constantly advance our presence in the digital channels (website, social media etc.)
Develop cutting-edge tools to attract new customers and retain existing customers
Create compelling sales arguments and strategies for the sales force in cooperation with other teams
Ensure that regulatory and legal requirements are met in product communication
Lead the Team “Product Communication and Digital Marketing”
Define and measure KPI for all activities
Establish and constantly improve processes in the team

Requirements

Master’s degree in Marketing / Marketing Communications or equivalent qualification.
Strong interest in medical technology and products
Experience in mechanical ventilation and/or the critical care environment
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing – ideally in the Medtech environment
Leadership experience is a bonus
Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English (Level C2) is a must; good knowledge of German is preferred; any additional language is a plus
Experience in digital marketing, marketing automation and content marketing
Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
High ability to structure own and others work; very good prioritization skills
High level of pro-activeness and intrinsic motivation combined with curiosity to learn new things and an inquisitive mind
Excellent teamwork skills and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Willingness and ability to travel for multiple days at a time
