Swiss Education Group is the largest private hospitality education group in Switzerland. For our Swiss Education Academy entity active in the Youth and Online programs, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated YOUTH PROGRAMS COORDINATOR.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic candidate with the appreciation and understanding of different cultures for engaging audiences and promoting our different initiatives.

This role will include key responsibilities such as:

  • Actively participate in the enrolment for the Youth Programs,
  • Process all enrolment requests in a timely and professional manner,
  • Create schedules, timelines and detailed outlines for all proposed programs and certificates,
  • Liaise with relevant authorities regarding student visa’s requests,
  • Facilitates the design and implementation of different projects,
  • Follow-up and manage the payments,
  • Promote actively the Youth Programs activities on relevant social media platforms,
  • Monitor relevant KPI’s related to the activity,
  • Support online learning activities as needed.

Your background:

  • Commercial Diploma (CFC) or BA in Business/Social work/Facilitation or equivalent
  • More than 4 years’ experience in an administrative role as project coordinator
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Experience of having worked within a service delivery sector, education sector experiences a bonus
  • English is your mother tongue, you are proficient in French and/or German
  • Knowledge of and interest in the hospitality sector
  • Ability to relate to young people and keep a professional distance is a MUST.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must be grounded and organized, yet flexible and open to the changing demands in our fast-paced environment
  • Must be willing to step into tasks as needed and requested by the SEA management.
