Your Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate workshops and meetings, handle reminders
  • Support team in data entry (excel, etc) and report generation
  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
  • Create and maintain filing systems
  • Manage accounts
  • Manage SLAs as needed
  • Manage and organize travel
  • Submit expense reports
  • Support and coordination of international teams
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Your Profile
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Team Assistant
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a plus
  • Work experience: 3-5 Years
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Tools, particularly in MS Excel
  • Collaborative and open mindset (especially in working with diverse international teams)
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Data entry / basic analyses experience
