"Be the support of the Supply Chain team and involved in project and event management; working with directors on a complex & challenging matrix environment"

As part of the Supply Chain operations Supply Chain team, the administrative assistant participates to the increasing need for team activity support & project management. This position is central to the development and day-to-day operations of an efficient organization.

Based in Villars-sur-Glâne, 80 to 100%, daily presence needed

Fixed-term contract until March 2023

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

In our team, you will be in charge to:

• Manage team activities (Directors mail & agenda, preparation and follow-up of meetings, distribution/archiving of incoming and outgoing mails, phone & physical reception, anticipation of needs, team events, holiday management, office equipment)
• Create and maintain a privileged collaboration with team members as well as Villars site main stakeholders
• As a project manager, optimize, standardize and secure the processes in order to make them efficient and comply with the requirements - propose organizational improvements
• Prepare correspondence and be part of Supply Chain team communication
• Ensure the implementation of social actions (jubilee, births, marriages, deaths, etc.) in compliance with existing procedures
  
  

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

You come from an CFC or Bachelor degree ; with 2+ years’ experience in a similar position is a must.

You are organized, forward-looking, service oriented, with excellent communication skills (verbal and written – including PowerPoint) and with an ability to develop project management responsibilities. You have experience in working as a team member and across geographical and cultural boundaries within a complex matrix organization.

You are fluent in French and English; the knowledge of SAP and strong analytical skills would be an asset.
