Position Summary

As a Brand Manager Consumer Care, you will be for introducing/expanding the VMHS (Vitamins, Minerals, Herbal Supplements) OTC-brands in Switzerland as defined by the Senior Brand Manager. The brands are mainly linked to the newly acquired business and include Pure, Wobenzym, Vital Proteins, Nuun, Garden of Life... Some of these brands are already launched (Pure, Nestrovit) and need support and careful brand management to further grow, some will be launched from scratch. Channels cover both pharmacies and retail.

A day in the life of a Brand Manager Consumer Care

  • Develop and execute a strong integrated commercial plan to expand/introduce the OTC-brands in Switzerland
  • Adapt/develop impactful marketing and sales materials, specifically to the field force, to drive sales
  • Understand consumer & shopper insight and translate it into meaningful activities that generate actions from the consumer
  • Accountable for planning, managing and optimization of PFME spend
  • Develop and execute a digital strategy hand in hand with the eBusiness Lead
  • Track and monitor brand performance (sales and brand health indicators)
  • Interact regularly with external partners and work with Global team when necessary
  • Manage all logistic & administrative tasks to ensure product availability on time and in adequate quantity

What Will Make You Successful
  • 4 years of marketing experience of which 1 year as brand manager, preferably in FMCG or OTC business
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Project Management
  • German or French mother tongue, and fluent in other language (doing presentations and develop communication materials in both languages), fluent in English
