As a Brand Manager Sustainability at Nespresso CH, you will shape and implement the sustainability roadmap for Nespresso Switzerland.

In this role you will define the communication strategy on all topics focused on sustainability and execute consumer engagement campaigns.

A day in the life of a Brand Manager Sustainability
  • Flawlessly manage projects end-to-end (incl. Business case, agencies brief, results tracking, coordination with operations)
  • Lead the advocacy plan and act as the sustainability point of contact for the PR agency
  • Develop and lead second life innovation pipeline for Nespresso Switzerland by managing regional partnerships for B2C and B2B through end to end project management
  • Drive the improvement of always-on sustainability communication to better leverage sustainability as a selling point in recruitment and loyalty communication
  • Lead the ideation and development of strong regional initiatives, in close partnership with marketing teams
  • Develop deep consumer insights to inform marketing strategy on how to best leverage sustainability to drive recruitment and loyalty
What Will Make You Successful
  • University degree or equivalent in marketing
  • 5 years of experience in marketing from FMCG companies
  • Experience in product Innovation as well as brand building and communication development
  • Strong forward thinking with track record of successful project management and entrepreneurial approach
  • fluent in French - intermediate German knowledge preferred (but not mandatory)
