For our Brand Marketing Team in Baar (ZG), we are seeking a highly motivated, creative and innovative personality for the position as Brand Marketing Manager. To sum up, the Brand Marketing Manager works on developing creative Brand Marketing initiatives, specifically what drives top of mind awareness, brand salience and per capita consumption. Working closely with the National Brand Marketing Manager to contribute to the annual business plan by creating, planning and executing brand, advertising and new products initiatives whilst ensuring the brand is portrayed in the right way across all touchpoints.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Consumer Insights

One of the key responsibilities in this role is to develop innovative initiatives and campaigns that grow the Red Bull user base, brand love and intensify consumption. You identify new trends, turn market research data into relevant insights and recommendations while always making sure that all efforts and communication stays within the brand equity.

Advertising & Digital Marketing

As Brand Marketing Manager, you are responsible for the cartoon occasion campaigns in the swiss market and manage best in class 360° activations that lead to further trial and consumption. You develop state-of-the-art advertising assets with the creative agency and collaborate cross-departmental with sales and other marketing functions for impactful executions.

Brand Management

Besides Red Bull Energy Drink, you work closely with the National Brand Marketing Manager to also grow and develop ORGANICS by Red Bull with an entrepreneurial “can do”-approach and test new ideas and formats. Apply your strategic mindset and use your analytical skill set to interpret findings from consumer insights and market research. Finally, you collaborate with international counterparts (DACH) for multi-country initiatives and share learnings and best practices.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

  • 3(+) years marketing experience, ideally within FMCG or from a lifestyle brand
  • Knowledge in ATL/BTL-Advertising, Media Planning, Product Management and/or Insights/Market Research is a plus
  • Strategic and analytical mindset to understand consumer behavior
  • Very good project management skills to coordinate internal stakeholders, agencies and partners
  • Ability to analyze data and turn insights into action
  • Strong inter-personal skills to lead cross-functional projects and to work in a team environment
  • Ownership-mentality with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Creative and innovative thinking with a flair of idea generation and problem solving
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken). French as an additional plus
