Job Description

Identify, define, launch, and assess performance of your products; iterate to ensure your products meet the needs of our users.

Lead a coalition of cross-functional teams across engineering, business, marketing, legal, design and operations. To make sure the product meets all requirements.

Make decisions about implementation and resource trade-offs.

Be a great communicator and storyteller, and build an excellent product narrative which clearly articulates the motivation for your project, goals, and path to success.

Lead and grow a highly capable team of Product Managers and UX/UI designers to achieve the annual goals (both business and organization) including driving sustainable longer-term impact.

The roadmap for the next 6 to 9 month is in place so its both operational (execution of the roadmap) but longer term also help build a new long term roadmap and therefor also strategic thinking is needed.

The Successful Applicant

Leadership experience in Product Management.

Leadership experience and creativity when leading a Design and User Experience team.

Experience using insights and data to inform platform development.

Experience managing multiple C-level stakeholders.

Experience utilizing insights and data to anticipate needs and drive the development of the platform.

In-depth experience operating within and leading cross-functional teams (product management, implementation, legal, finance, marketing, etc.)

Experience successfully defining, creating, executing, and delivering against business goals and driving business impact.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French or German plus English, with the ability to represent and transform complex business or technical concepts externally.

As CPO front end customer, you and your team (roughly 12 reports) will be in charge of driving the company forward building on the top of the design and product teams. You will be responsible for making sure the product is up-to-date with the latest features, the end customers have the best experience while shopping and to help roll out the vision and future of company.
