Cluster Director Sales & Marketing Switzerland (m/w/d)

Place of Work: Zurich / Regensdorf

Your tasks will include:

  • Functional and disciplinary leadership of the Swiss cluster team with 6 people
  • Direct reporting line to the Regional Director Switzerland
  • Preparation of the Sales & Marketing budgets for all hotels
  • Ownership for business generation in all segments for the HRG Hotels in Switzerland
  • Responsibility for the execution of the hotel strategies in Sales & Marketing
  • Key Account Management and Sales Supervision in Corporate, MICE & Leisure segments
  • Participation in road shows, sales missions and trade fairs
  • Responsibility for annual operational plans & business review meetings
  • Market analysis and close cooperation with Revenue Management
  • Reviews with General Managers, Regional Director Switzerland & management team of HRG Hotels

You will have the following:

  • Several years’ knowledge in the hotel or tourism industry
  • Sound professional experience in Sales & Marketing in an international upscale hotel environment
  • Excellent customer contacts and market knowledge, preferably in Switzerland and Germany
  • Decision-making and negotiating skills
  • Goal-oriented and performance-oriented
  • Prepared for frequent travel
  • Strategist with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Fluent in German and English, advanced skills in French desirable
