CONTEXT

Cartier is looking into establishing technical competences around some key business critical platforms and technologies that support our operations and go to market. The Anaplan Platform Owner has a key role in enabling this technology at the scale within the Maison. The role facilitates the creation of best practices around the Anaplan platform to design applications that innovate and improve the way we do business.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

• You will be directly in charge of collecting business requirements, conceive solutions and discuss them internally with the teams they are intended for
• You will oversee model building activities to influence the way our builders conceive and execute their models
• You will maintain the overall technical design of the Anaplan platform to ensure the solution conceived with the different departments maintain consistency with the platform
• You will lead the creation of an appropriate adoption context to facilitate the way other business functions interacts with you and with the platform. This includes but it is not limited to collaterals, trainings, and adoptions tools
• You will maintain an updated technological knowledge on the Anaplan platform by developing yourself on it and by ensuring you can leverage at any moment its full potential

Qualifications

• Must have minimum overall working experience of more than 5 years in relevant roles
• Relevant experience in managing products or services in cloud platforms and/or SaaS at scale
• Should have relevant Anaplan official certifications
• Familiarity with ‘Agile’ methodology to continuously improve every aspect of your work on the Anaplan Platform
• Proven experience in translating and expanding PoC models into detailed blueprints and technical solutions
  
  

SEEN AS AN ADVANTAGE

• Strong background in Cloud Computing with specific focus on solution design at enterprise scale
• Subject matter expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis, Enterprise Performance Management, Sales Performance Management (e.g.: Quota / Territory Planning, Incentive Compensation Management), Sales & Operations Planning, or Integrated Business Planning domains
• Strong understanding of data integration challenges & solutions
• Luxury industry knowledge
• Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies
• Strong work ethic, resilient mindset and customer “obsession” are seen as assets.
• Proven ability to build strong work relationships to create a positive team environment
• Predisposition to problem solving and entrepreneurial mindset are seen as advantages in the position
• Great communication and interpersonal skills (written and oral) both in English and in French
