We are looking for a Consultant Support java in Geneva.

  • Understand user requirements, technical contexts and constraints and business objectives.
  • Be able to explain and communicate technical options.
  • Follow defined Agil e methodolog y Kanban
  • Understand global IT strategy and framework development philosophy.
  • Investigate, analyze, document and track status of reported issues using standard tools.
  • Perform code reverse engineering to identify bugs, r eport them and work closely with Dev teams (internals and third party) to test and validate the fix
  • Create and maintain and communicate technical documentation using defined templates
  • Help to create support scripts ( Bash...)
  • Drive L2 Support nearshore team and provide help
  • Provide L3 Support for PROD and non prod environment s to the business and IT staff
  • Ensure high availability for Richemont e commerce web sites

Experience

  • At least 2 years experiences in a similar domain,
  • Knowledge in Java & web development. AEM is a strong plus
  • Strong technical background in internet related technologies
  • Understand software deve lopment lifecycle ( release and delivery
  • Support experience is a must; Development experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of the luxury industry is a plus
Must Have
  • Knowledge of Java language
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of Web formats and protocols (JSON, XML, HTTP, SOAP, WSDL, etc. )
  • Understanding Service-oriented, REST and Micro-service architectures
  • At ease with tools and like Maven, Git, Groovy, Bash, Postman, IDE...
  • Experience with ticketing tools (Jira, Service Now)
  • Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins)
Nice to Have
  • Knowledge in AEM, development, administration
  • Knowledge with Apache Jackrabbit, Sling framework, OSGi
  • Knowledge of Apache AEM Dispatcher configuration and rewrite rules
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools (Elastic Stack, Datadog, Zabbix, Grafana...)
Soft Skills
  • Good communication skills, with high attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate with people from the business and technical fields
  • Ability to work in a flat and versatile organization, and on multi-national / -cultural projects
  • English fluent, French a plus
  • Rigorous and highly motivated
