The Corporate Communications Team (CorCom) is responsible to manage and maintain METTLER TOLEDO corporate messaging and language globally, train, and consult internal clients in all aspects of Corporate Writing and Corporate Language.

In order to strengthen our Group Communications team at our Global Headquarters in Greifensee, Switzerland, we seek a Corporate Communications Project Manager 100% (f/m/d).

Who is a self-starter, innovative, and personable. You are able to work independently, yet be a strong team player, and are always willing to learn. In this role, you are responsible for running projects within Corporate Communications. Key areas of responsibility include Group-level, multilingual localization projects, writing and editing news and corporate publications, and Global Intranet administration.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned communication projects, including their quality and timelines (such as translations, publications, global news, site redesigns, and site migrations).
  • Administrate and maintain the Group Comms portal to ensure accurate and current resources for clients
  • Manage communications for Employee Engagement Portal including operation of the Global News Center
  • Contribute as part of the editorial team to corporate storytelling
  • Champion the development of a global employee online magazine
  • Support sustainability communications, including contributions to and editing of the Corporate Responsibility Report and program related sites (mt.com/sustainability).
  • Champion the translation service delivery and ensure continuous improvement of processes aligned with the translation services strategy
  • Organize Localization Service Provider (LSP) business reviews with clients, procurement,
  • and maintain the corporate glossaries, style guides, and translation memory (TM) exchanges.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree Corporate Communications, Communication Technologies, or Business/Management field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in corporate communications with project management in high-tech or manufacturing industry
  • Advanced studies (CAS) in Corporate Responsibility Communications, Linguistics a plus
  • Work experience with localization vendors and terminology management concepts a plus
  • Experience in writing and storytelling
  • Comfortable to measure performance with analytics
  • Outstanding interpersonal and time-management skills
  • Highly professional and positive approach, self-motivated, team player, dynamic, creative with the ability to work on own initiative
  • Strong business, relationship management, project management, and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in both German and English are required for this role
