Position Summary

As a “Data CRM Project Manager”, you will turn big data into valuable business recommendations to maximize customer value. In this role you will copilot campaign orchestration with our marketing and commercial teams, with full ownership and accountability of all CRM data aspects from the targeting strategy to the deployment and post assessment.

A Day in the Life of a Data CRM Project Manager

  • Pre-launch (volumes estimation and forecast) and post-launch KPIs assessment of campaigns and activations including recommendations through database analysis (SQL language) and Data Management tool (SPSS Modeler)
  • Deliver ad hoc customer-based analyzes that drive market strategy and liaise with external data mining agencies for specific needs
  • Collect and combine external data (e.g. market trends, consumers and competitors) with internal data (e.g. channels, key campaigns and ongoing programs)
  • Strongly influence business strategy based on data learnings and business acumen. Quickly and proactively turn insights into clear and concise actionable business recommendations
  • Provide periodic reporting on KPI’s and expected developments to market stakeholders, sales channels and HQ
What will make you successful

  • Direct Marketing / CRM experience within a FMCG, Telecommunication or Digital Company
  • Customer Base analysis and KPIs reporting (Data mining is a plus)
  • Campaign Management (Adobe Campaign is a plus)
  • Data Management Tool (SPSS Modeler)
  • Project Management skills
  • Degree in Mathematics / Statistics / Economics
  • Fluent in English / French (German is a plus)
