As a Director Learning, Talent & Organisational Capabilities you would be responsible to build and manage SITA’s learning, talent and organizational capability to support our business growth and values. Your key priorities are to define the LT&OC strategy, aligned to business priorities, and to drive its implementation.

What You Will Do

  • Define and drive LT&OC strategy to support business growth and SITA’s values.
  • Provide expert advice and consulting interventions to business leaders on strategic organizational transformation and change management initiatives.
  • Implement leadership development processes and tools to support the strategy, building our leadership pipeline and preparing readiness for succession.
  • Drive our people management capability through dedicated programs.
  • Create and facilitate the roll-out of corporate learning and development initiatives with a blended learning approach, leveraging e-learning platforms and learning events.
  • Introduce an iterative approach to learning initiatives and programs to build continuous improvement.
  • Partner with the business and HR BPs to build effective organizational design to enable change and drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Provide expertise, coaching and guidance to both HR and Business Leads in building organizational capability and managing change.
  • Design and implement talent management processes, including succession planning.
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Lead & with HRBPs in managing talent, driving internal mobility and opportunities for our talent.
  • Understand the trends & evolution of learning environment and provide best practices and recommendations.
  • Incorporate best practices, innovation, trends into the design of talent management and organizational effectiveness solutions.
  • Design, develop and deliver integrated talent management programs and strategies that drive employee & organizational performance (succession planning, performance management, talent identification & management, etc.)
  • Partner with business leaders and the Leadership Pipeline providing guidance and support on development plans and learning experiences to foster succession readiness.
  • Assess & drive performance management processes that drive high performance and engagement.
  • Develop & deliver global talent management & organizational effectiveness tools to support business needs in partnership with COE & HRBPs.
  • Partner with People Analytics Team to develop and leverage tools & processes, analytics & dashboards to analyze and report on learning and talent management practices.
  • Partner with business leaders to translate specific and strategic business objectives into organizational capabilities and relevant people competencies.
  • Evolve SITA’s Career Framework to reflect organizational requirements and align competence and skills requirements for the various professions.
  • Lead and motivate the LT&OC team.
  • Implement and report on key metrics.
  • Manage the LT&OC budget.

Who You Are

  • 12+ years of progressive HR Management experience in particular in the areas of organizational design and change management in complex international multi-cultural and fast moving environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business human resources organizational psychology or equivalent.
  • Professional certification in international / global organization or staff development is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate change, organizational transformation, team building and organizational development.
  • Strong expertise in all facets of Human Resources Development, especially performance management, talent identification and management, organization design and development, adult learning and innovative training techniques.
  • Exceptional communications and cross-cultural interpersonal skills.
  • Self-organized with the ability to think strategically about learning design, business needs, strategic priorities and talent development
  • Experience collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups to deliver global and inclusive solutions
  • Experience in coaching and people management
  • Solid skills in managing and building strong business relationships and influencing senior management
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate change organizational transformation team building and organizational development.
  • Proven project management skills.
