You may apply in English or German.

• Responsible for timely processing (verification, approval, booking and payment) of incoming invoices from suppliers and contractors (accounts payables)
• Processing outgoing invoices (accounts receivables)
• Responsible for the clarification of various payment differences as well as customer reminders
• Assisting and supporting the Senior Finance and Business Administrator with various general accounting tasks and the monthly closing
• Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls
• Organisation and coordination of business journeys (flights, hotels, visa)
• Assisting with Admin tasks such as company events, ordering and stock control of office material and facility management

Skills

• Commercial education with further training in finance and accounting (preferably federally certified accountant – “Fachmann/frau im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen mit eidg. Fachausweis”)
• Professional experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the travel industry
• Good knowledge of SAP (FI/CO) and MS Office (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Excellent English and German written and spoken communication skills
• Proven ability to plan, set priorities, organise and meet assigned deadlines
• Reliable and trustworthy personality within a dynamic and international environment
