Position Summary

As a Global B2C Strategy Manager, you will drive the B2C Omni-channel Strategy that will maximize the Customer Experience and therefore deliver the Growth ambition. In this position, you will define a B2C omni-channel strategy that will serve as the framework to define the role and contribution of each channels going forward. You will identify, quantify and co-lead key transversal (omni-channel) initiatives that support Nespresso Growth Ambition. You will actively contribute to the cascading and execution of the B2C Nespresso strategy also act as the omni-channel ambassador within the B2C team and beyond.

A day in the life of a Global B2C Strategy Manager
  • Leveraging internal data & insights as well as external benchmark, develop an omni-channel strategy framework to deliver the highest CX while maximizing revenue and optimizing OPEX/CAPEX
  • Connect & map all Customer Journey touchpoints and identify pain points, gaps and opportunities on the CX
  • Provide a set of omni-channel KPIs that will support the deployment and measure the success of the omni-channel strategy
  • Ensure consistency with the global Nespresso strategy and functional priorities
  • Lead the communication related to the development and execution of the strategy to all stakeholders
  • Connect and collaborate closely with the Channels Head to translate the omni-channel strategy into channel specific strategies and initiatives and follow-up on their deployment and execution
  • Implementation of Goal Alignment at B2C Mancom team level
  • Define Key Business Tracking KPI and identify key areas of focus / improvement
  • Strong connection with Corporate Strategy, F&C dept, Zones and NCB to support an effective and aligned omni-channel Strategy Management

What Will Make You Successful
  • Degree in Economics, MBA or equivalent
  • 10 years business experience
  • Significant experience in stakeholder management and working with senior management
  • Previous experience as Strategy Development Manager
  • Expertise and/or exposure the Direct-to-Consumer, Omni-channel business model and Customer Experience
  • Strong Project Management Experience in an International / Challenging Environment
  • Fluent in English
