Global MEx Sustainability & D&I Manager

Your Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Support work on Brand Hives and Purpose Activation Platforms, connecting with agencies and brand teams to (i) support trainings and capability building efforts that ensure understanding of concepts, methodology, requirements linked to Sustainability SOW, (ii) track progress and ensure smooth rollout, raising any flags on potential delays and issues on development or activation phases that need to be solved;
  • Support development and building capabilities on Sustainable Brand Ambition Model and sustainability tools such as Swords & Shields and Brand Manifestos, throughout a series of workshops and development sessions with brand teams and cross-functional partners throughout the process;
  • Support development of the Sustainability Action Roadmaps across the 7Ps, throughout a series of workshops and development sessions with brand teams and cross-functional partners throughout the process;
  • Support work on sustainability insights across the 7Ps, which must be leveraged by brand teams and partners, so purpose can be translated into a set of compelling offers;
  • Support development and capabilities on Sustainability Brand Experience Toolkits to clarify how each brand will integrate sustainability into its DNA and how this can (or can’t) be expressed to consumers, shoppers, customers and external partners.
  • Support dedicated sustainability engagement and capability building program (Brands For Change – B4C) in order to build knowledge (Heads), passion and inspiration (Hearts), and action (Hands) via trainings, case studies, events, podcasts, and action platforms.
  • Support capability building on Diversity and Inclusion in terms of brands, within Strategic Marketing and Digital, aimed at fostering marketing progressiveness (including D&I Manifesto and guiding principles, Unstereotype Alliance frameworks, and D&I standards across the end-to-end comms process, etc).
  • Support the embedment of sustainability and diversity and inclusion lenses into our TL4L Marketing Skills (ie. Build Purposeful Brands, Impactful Innovation Development,, Inspiring Creative Development, etc) and TB4L Framework;
  • Support capability building efforts not only with internal stakeholders, but with strategic agencies, ensuring mutual leverage of assets and resources, keeping sustainability and D&I front of mind for them when working on our brands.
Who You Are
  • University degree in business administration or related fields
  • Relevant professional experience in commercial strategy and organizational
  • development
  • In-depth understanding of BCH Marketing Framework and Skills Framework
  • Ability to manage complexity with a wide range of senior stakeholders to secure
  • commitment to focus on priorities and value creation
  • Sound cross-functional collaboration and leadership in multi-cultural environment
  • Excellent communication, influence, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management, creative thinking, problem-solving, and results oriented
  • Understanding of and passion for sustainability societal and environmental arenas
  • Fluency in English
