Be part of an exciting journey: as part of the RISA Finance management team, you will lead accounting activities for a broad range of entities, enhance our operating model and foster new ways of working within the organization.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

  • Oversee financial reporting activities and help management make financial decisions.
  • Interface with accounting managers and other departments, implement Group company policies and respond to questions and issues concerning Finance and Accounting matters
  • Lead, manage and develop the accounting teams through defined KPIs
  • Federate and inspire the team in its continuous improvement journey by leveraging on modern processes and tools
  • Plan, prioritize and control the execution of the various activities to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the services provided
  • Supervise and participate in periodic closing
  • Develop close relationships with our internal and external stakeholders (e.g. internal/external auditors, tax authorities)
  • Verify compliance of accounting and internal control procedures
  • Lead and ensure compliance with statutory annual audit process and tax reporting.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • You hold a master’s degree in business administration - Diplôme fédéral d’expert-comptable or equivalent is a plus
  • You have Big 4 audit background with at least 5 years of experience in people management
  • You are curious, a demonstrated self-starter with strong leadership skills
  • You are reliable, rigorous and dynamic, with strong organizational skills to ensure effective communication between Richemont’s central accounting activities and internal clients.
  • You have a strong technical background and computer skills (SAP FICO, BI, Excel, Celonis, ACL)
  • You have a recognized project management acumen, able to delegate to empower your managers, with a proven ability to propose solutions and make decisions around things such as requirement prioritization, scope, assessing viability of solutions etc.
  • You are a role model and ’go-to person’ with high emotional intelligence, demonstrated facilitation skills.
  • You are fluent in English and French, any other language is a plus
