Within Cartier Operations, distribution is a key pillar to offer the best service to our clients and to further improve the brand value perception. As members of the Cartier Jewellery Operations team, distribution planners are responsible of the worldwide jewellery pieces availability, working closely with our different markets or regions and other teams such as International Marketing, Demand and Supply planning teams etc.

From low volumes creations to unique and exceptional High Jewellery pieces, the High-end offer demonstrates all the savoir-faire of the Maison. With very high commercial ambitions, we are defining new processes to structure and follow the distribution of Fine Jewellery Collection pieces. In this wide and demanding position, both hands-on and project-oriented, your core objectives will be to support the acceleration of the business by driving the change and implementing new processes and associated tools.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Your main missions will be to:

Size markets assortments and build the related process with regional teams

Based on the sale forecasts and targeted network, propose and maintain a boutique assortment per region, as well as the target for events if needed, working closely with International Marketing and Commercial teams.

Define and orchestrate the process to share our proposition with the three regions, gather their feedbacks and find a consensus.

Prepare and drive the change management.

Make sure we maximize our use of the stock

Analyze how our stock is deployed in comparison with the assortment target defined.

Propose guidelines for stock reallocation to maximize sales potential and define the process and tools related.

Reporting

Working closely with the Operations Process Excellence team, develop reporting tools using PowerBI to share with other teams key information on stock and distribution of Fine Jewellery Collection.

Tool Building

Be responsible for the building of new distribution tools to support the newly defined processes in Anaplan.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?

You have an engineering degree with 3-5 years of work experience in an international context with multidisciplinary teams.

You have a strong knowledge in the supply chain field with robust analytical and mathematical skills.

You have a high level of proficiency in Excel, any ERP (SAP a plus) and knowledge in Anaplan.

You have a strong analytics mindset and you can use tools like PowerBI and Looker to build relevant dashboards.

You have excellent communication and negotiations skills. You can adapt to your audience, whether technical or commercial.

You are fluent in both French and English (oral and written).
