About the team you are joining

Reporting to the Director, PPD Geneva/Montreal & Business Engagement, the incumbent will support the day-to-day Human Resources operations for Geneva HQ office.

What Your Day Would Be Like
  • Support the whole employee’s working life cycle from administrative perspective: from pre-arrival activities (relocation, immigration, etc…) / onboarding to departure process; Manage employee data in HR systems and is accountable for its accuracy; Compiling and maintaining paper and digital employee records; Track, manage and report on maternity, paternity and sickness leaves and liaise with insurance and social security office as needed; Manage the Geneva Payroll process; Track and consolidate recruitment and restructuring costs; Manage Geneva benefit administration (affiliation to Health insurances, child and family allowances, Pension fund information, Leave Management system, STD/LTD, fitness contributions claim, etc.); Support and manage ad hoc recruitment activities, job posting, shortlisting, interview scheduling, reference checks, drafting of contracts, and other talent acquisition activities; Handle employee queries and provide advice on PPD policy, procedures and best practices; Create and produce Excel reports as required; Support PPD Business Partners on administrative activities & processes; Provide ad-hoc support to the Director, PPD Geneva/Montreal & Business Engagement; Contribute and support the implementation of PPD projects and any other assigned tasks as requested.
We would love to hear from you if
  • You have initial experience in Human Resources and/or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, or Human Resources Management or Law; You have excellent administrative and organizational skills, with a strong focus on quality and high attention to details; You are able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment; You are at ease with (HR) Information Systems and Excel; You have demonstrated numeracy skills to manage budget and payroll items; You have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively internationally, cross-culturally, and at all levels from within and outside the organization; You are fluent in English.
