Role Summary

Candidate provides support for cybersecurity incidents for Corteva’s networks and endpoint. Duties may include: intrusion analysis, malware analysis, device and network forensics, root cause analysis, incident handling and reporting, and related duties.

• Preserve and analyze data from diverse set of digital data sources, including laptop and desktop computers, servers, networks and mobile devices.
• Form and articulate expert opinions based on findings.
• Deep technical knowledge of methods utilized for evidence collection, maintenance of chain of custody and associated documentation, evidence storage and analysis and evidentiary reporting
• IP Protocol analysis
• Collaboration with the SOC of the development and implementation of monitoring security events for anomalies and detecting security incidents
• Develop strong working relationships with stakeholders from a variety of teams
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and data analysis
• Excellent Communication, Problem Solving, Organizational and Analytical skills
• Plan, conduct, review, and perform integration testing of responsible deliverables for environment changes
• Create scripts and integrations with other IT security tools as appropriate to ensure full investigations and efficient incident response

Experience & Education Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields preferred
• 2-3 years’ experience in the cybersecurity field or equivalent experience
• Experience with the following cybersecurity areas:incident response, log analysis, malware analysis, threat intelligence, computer forensics preferred
• Technical knowledge of methods utilized for evidence collection, maintenance of chain of custody and associated documentation, evidence storage and analysis and evidentiary reporting preferred
• Detailed knowledge of Windows & UNIX based Operating systems
• Understanding of network architecture and protocols, active directory, DHCP, DNS, and MFA
• Excellent Communication, Problem Solving, Organizational and Analytical skills
• Industry security certifications SEC+, NET+, CySA+, operating systems preferred
• Software development experience (Python/ Perl, Ruby, or C#) preferred
