Job Core Responsibilities

To further strengthen our “Industrialisation & Methods” department, we are currently looking for an “Industrialisation Manager”.

As “Industrialisation Manager” you will lead Product Industrialisation from concept (PLM phase 1) to steady production (PLM Phase 6) for all new products and new versions of the products, as part of the Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) process and the applicable industrialisation process.

The Main Responsibilities For This Role Are
  • Participate and support PLM gate reviews or monthly program board meetings.
  • Responsible to achieve and to follow up Recurring Costs (RC) on a defined product.
  • Support bid phase and proposal efforts by coordinating engineering and production efforts to provide RC estimation.
  • During development phase, provide NRC estimation for industrialization to Project Manager to achieved agreed Recurring Costs
  • Report on industrialization progress and defined KPIs on a regular basis to program to support RC
  • Train and coach operations leaders/ contributors on industrialization tools and processes
  • Use of company tools & techniques to deliver Manufacturing processes at RC level on cost and at maturity to production
  • Act as VAVE (Value Engineering Value Analysis) Coordinator by liaising with senior management to identify, plan and execute industrialization objectives for new products or legacy ones as part of an improvement initiative or VAVE initiatives.
  • Support the methods to introduce New Product into production.
Job Specifications

Your Profile
  • Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing, or equivalent degree
  • At least 8 years’ experience in manufacturing or industrialization engineering
  • French fluent & good command (spoken & written) of English required
  • Exposure of mechanical systems and manufacturing concepts required
  • Autonomous, good team spirit
