Great pay, Great location. We are recruiting Insurance Managers to join one of our leading firms in Zurich.

Our multicultural team is significantly experienced in delivering audit and assurance services to life, non-life, and reinsurance market participants. This team constantly seeks to provide added value and insight to our clients, through the application of the highest levels of professional standards and technical excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Managing a portfolio of clients in the insurance industry, which may include property and casualty, reinsurance, life, health, or captives.
  • Keeping up to date with current market issues in the Insurance sector
  • Initiating open and honest coaching conversations at all levels
  • Advising clients on relevant technical issues for their business area
  • Coordinating and managing the complexities of engagements.
  • Promote the firm’s values and beliefs, demonstrating integrity and maintaining an ethical stance, using flexibility and tact to express views as necessary.



Principal Requirements
  • Qualified ACA or ACCA
  • Minimum 4 years of assurance experience gained in Big 4 practice.
  • Experienced in the provision of audit and assurance services to the insurance sector.
  • Engagement management, execution, and reporting skills
  • Can communicate clearly with colleagues and clients at all levels.
  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of key accounting frameworks including FRS 102 / 103 and IFRS
  • The flexibility to constantly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Take a proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering client solutions.
  • Experience of interacting with senior-level clients and management to develop and maintain business relationships.
  • Proficiency in operational processes and systems, with an appreciation of the concept of controls and risk management in a regulatory environment
  • Technologically proficient
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Understand our service lines and actively assess ways to apply knowledge and services. Develop long-term relationships and networks both internally and externally.
  • Good computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experienced in the application of audit-based computer systems.
