Sales International is the Market Organization responsible for more than 100 countries in all regions of the world. We provide solutions and services to our customers via indirect channels. We are looking for a new team colleague as a Junior Market Manager 80 - 100% (f/m/d).

This role offers the possibility to bring your sales management career to the next level.

In this role, your responsibilities would include:

* You will be in charge of actively supporting the Business Area as Product Champion and supporting the Business Area Managers in reshaping the role of a Product Champion to make the processes as lean and efficient as possible
* You will be part of the global Market Manager team and responsible for a limited number of Channel Partners (3rd parties) in your respective markets
* You will be responsible to profitably grow the market share through channel partners through leveraging the product and solution portfolio, as well as the sales and marketing expertise

What You Need to Succeed
* You have a Bachelor or Master Degree in a Natural Science or Engineering discipline combined with firsthand experience in sales or product management within the capital goods industry
* A goal-oriented and strong-minded personality with empathy, humor and business acumen combined with an analytical, structured and fact-based approach
* We require professional communication skills in English, German and preferably also in French
* Willingness to travel about 40%
