Location: Nestlé (Rive Reine), La Tour-de-Peilz, SwitzerlandCompany: Société des Produits Nestlé SAActivity rate: 100%Type of contact: Temporary contract, 3 to 6 monthsStarting date: ASAPResponsibilitiesIndeed, we actively look for a collaborator to join the L&D (Learning & Development) team who will be responsible forAre you a fast learner passionate about Customer Service and willing to make a positive impact within a great team. We are looking for you.
  • Welcoming & assisting with all kind of queries all types of visitors in the Nestlé International learning Center (Rive Reine)
    • May include help to navigate the center, provide Wifi information
    • Ensuring compliance (badges)
  • Coordinating specific events & activities
    • Bus for some modules of Learning programs
    • Learning experiment - eg: VR demo, animation of Lego playroom,…
    • Organizing VIP tours of the center
  • Liaising and supporting local team (IT support, logistics, learning program custodians)
    • Supporting the smooth running of the learning center: You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the learning center by providing administrative and logistical support

  • You have a first significant similar experience (internship, apprenticeship) in a customer facing role as you will be providing excellent customer service experience and support to all visitors of the international learning center
  • You are Customer Service ortiented
  • You possess a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills as you will need to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity as you will be interacting with people from a wide variety of backgrounds
  • Fluent in English - other languages as an advantage
