LTS Specialist with knowledge in LTS Software and Design (m/f/d) for German speaking part of SwitzerlandWith over 30 years of experience in low temperature H2O2 gas plasma sterilization and more than 25,000 devices worldwide, ASP is considered a pioneer in the healthcare sector.For further business expansion of our Swiss technical service team, we are looking for a LTS specialist who has experience in so called STERRAD technology and design of software for LTS connectivity who will support us in the German speaking part of SwitzerlandResponsibilities

• Analysis of existing STERRAD™-LTS equipment and adaptation / modification of appropriate software
• Conception and design of warehouse management and implementation of the same as well as its administration
• Ensure the functionality of the LTS automation system (ACCESS™ system) and adapt it if necessary
• Analysis of data, monitoring of outputs and preparation of progress reports
• Overseeing testing, maintenance, installation, and scheduling of equipment
• Instructing employees, contractors, engineers, and other on-site personnel
• Building a technical team with service technicians
• Writing and submitting reports

Skills

• University degree in electrical or mechanical engineering (at least Bachelor’s degree).
• At least 7 years of experience in validation of LTS devices (STERRAD™-100NX, STERRAD™- NX).
• Good knowledge of STERRAD™ technology, especially the different software versions of the past 7 years.
• Sound knowledge of spare parts inventory management
• Sound knowledge with ACCESS hardware and software
• Good knowledge of general LTS software and other connectivity software
• Experience in design of service software for operational use
• At least 5 years of management experience, e. g. of a technical team
• Very good knowledge of workflows in hospital sterilization units (CSSD, AEMP)
• Very good communication skills, interpersonal skills, flexibility, and customer orientation
• Valid driving license B
• Good knowledge of German and English, other languages would be an advantage
