And we would love to have you join us!You will have the responsibility to:- Establish and maintain multiple customer contacts, as the single point of contact, to provide on-going emergent and strategic support—both technical and commercial—to X-Rite portfolio of OEM customers
- Identify OEM customer needs for both short-term and long-term applications across the globe and across all products.
- Be responsible for working closely with the commercial and sales teams for coordinating service planning and successful execution, including roles and responsibilities clarity; management of parts, and repairs; financial invoicing coordination; customer negotiations on extra work where applicable.
- Work closely and collaborate with technical service to ensure performance standards for operations and customer service are met or exceeded.
- Analyze current OEM service revenue, local market, and competition to identify revenue opportunities and cost savings.
- Support sales during periodic contract negotiations to establish clear work scope, pricing, division of responsibilities, and drive identification and profitable capture of emergent work.
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years work experience.
- Experience in a service-related role.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas is very desirable:
- Key Account Management
- Implementing Danaher Business System Growth Tools
- Developing and Deploying Commercial Strategy
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- International Business and Contract Development
- Must be able to work on-site and able to travel to servicer partner locations internationally
- Proven organizational skills; ability to set priorities and work independently.
- Detail oriented to ensure correct procedures are followed for a variety of customer materials and unique settings.
- Ability to earn credibility and trust and form positive relationships by drawing on strong communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to work efficiently in cross-functional teams and handle complex tasks quickly and efficiently in a constantly evolving environment
- Proficiency in English is required also proficiency in French or German is preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required.
