Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

In our Strategic Business Unit Analytical Chemistry, we deal with analytical instruments that have an excellent reputation in the market. As a product manager, you have the opportunity to influence the innovation process decisively and to act on an international "terrain". For our location in Nänikon, we are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Product Manager 100% (m/f/d).

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Would Include
  • You identify customer needs and specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting continuous market research, including observation of market trends and competition analysisYou create, implement and monitor global marketing initiatives, including search engine marketing related, as well as develop sales support material
  • Furthermore, you introduce new product solutions to the market by developing market introduction plans and leading all activities and tools required for market launch
  • Last but not least, you support our market organization in countries in local marketing campaigns, promotional material as well as daily sales, service and support topics
What You Need to Succeed

Following Requirements Are Necessary For This Role
  • You have a master’s degree in Natural Sciences or Engineering, ideally combined with a business focus and minimum 3 years work experience in product management or a similar sales and marketing related role. Experience in quality control or R&B laboratories is a plus
  • You have a high degree of autonomy and efficiency, are reliable and flexible, with a high sense of responsibility and quality
  • A willingness to guide our Global Marketing Organizations, fostering intercultural relationships and collaborating on a global scale
  • Excellent communication skills in English and very good PC skills; ideally experience with SAP or similar ERP software solutions highly advantageous
  • Readiness to travel globally (up to 10%)
