Your Key Responsibilities


  • You will be responsible for regular mail (post office) and archiving
  • You will be responsible for reception and guest management as well as for logistics and office supplies
  • You will act as a single point of contact for questions about the office
  • You will help the team from different departments with administrative inquiries
  • You will support in marketing activities, in organizing events and if needed participate actively in these events
  • You will act as an interface, internally between different departments and externally with customers


Your Profile


  • You have 2-5 years’ experience as a receptionist or in a similar position in a complex Swiss entity or an International organization
  • Italian native speaker with good knowledge in English both in writing and spoken. German or any other language will be considered a plus
  • You have a broad knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, numerical insights, and analytical skills
  • You have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
  • You are detail oriented and take ownership for the delivery of high-quality work
  • You are confident about adapting and embracing new technology and tools
  • You are open minded, flexible, and solution-oriented professional who appreciates working in a team and likes to explore and implement new ideas
  • You are a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • You have a high level of stress tolerance
