You will lead, develop, govern & collaborate on the productivity agenda within a Region/BU, defining and supporting the governance of Key Performance Indicators for an specific BU/region. You will provide performance data, analytics, scorecards and tracking, providing insights for benchmarking and continuous improvement.

How You Will Contribute

You will:
  • Lead discussions with senior stakeholders to identify “Risks & Opportunities” to current performance targets
  • Drive continuous improvement through the application of analytics tools and benchmarking
  • Own change management and ensures the adoption of standardized tools and processes
  • Provide leadership for the centralized Reporting and analytics team, balancing resources and monitoring workload
  • Input to global strategy and process improvements and escalation of issue

  • Continuous improvement methodologies
  • Developing/evolving KPIs and KAIs framework to deliver specific business needs
  • Ability to communicate and work with senior stakeholders
  • Experience of data Visualization Tools
  • Experience in leading a large reporting/business intelligence team (either in shared service or within a function)
  • Solid understanding of master data governance and reporting/business intelligence automation
  • Strong conceptual and analytic skills – enjoys problem solving
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
  • Exposure to latest reporting and visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Altreyx
  • Experience in delivering major performance transformation of reporting/business intelligence teams
  • Experience with cloud technologies to create and automate reports is desired
  • Experience with process analysis and automation technologies such as UiPath, Celonis is desired
  • Strong experience in master data and advanced analytics is highly desired
  • Employing statistical techniques with big data initiatives and tools to drive operational business decisions.
  • Answering complex questions through data science, analysis, and clearly communicating findings to multi-functional teams for direction.
  • Developing analytics, visualizations and other ad hoc reporting that provide significant insights to the details and efficiency of operations and spend
  • Analyzing the existing processes, tools and deliverables for effectiveness and ease of use, helping to drive scalable systems that integrate with other data systems and using data to deliver a level of detail that helps the business.
  • Seeking opportunities to improve data collection, reporting and consumption based on business needs.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and technical resources across many levels of the organization.
  • As a strategic problem solver with the ability to see the big picture while working with ambiguity in a high growth environment
  • Solution oriented mindset to ensure that we continually strive to improve

The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland.
