What We Offer

A position of Regulatory Specialist in Product Compliance (100%) in the Group Product & Trade Compliance Department (Regulatory Team), for a fixed duration of 12 months.

PTC provides regulatory intelligence solutions adapted to the business. We animate and train an international network of compliance managers. The department communicates relevant guidance to the business for the purpose of implementing regulatory changes within the Group. We secure conformity across our supply chain & entities on multiple Product & Trade compliance topics, such as Precious Metal regulations (e.g. Hallmarking), Chemicals (e.g. REACH), Electronics (e.g. ROHS, EMC), Packaging (e.g. Eco-Design & Sorting), Due Diligence on Materials sourcing (e.g. EUTR), Tariff & Non-Tariff barriers, FTAs.

Key Responsibilities

During your mission, you will:
  • Prepare Group directives/guidelines on Product Compliance requirements (Packaging, Hallmarking, etc.), tools and content generalization, maintain them in our systems, and deliver training (webinars, classroom, etc.) to our stakeholders.
  • Participate in the general continuous improvement of the services delivered by the Regulatory Team (regulatory intelligence, content production, conformity assessment processes, etc.).

  • Strong analytical skills & attention to details. You’re capable to create a clear architecture of regulatory requirements from complex and various sources.
  • A good general culture, intellectual curiosity and motivation to acquire new capabilities based on the needs of the department.
  • Strong communication (both written and verbal) and PowerPoint skills. You can deliver effective and engaging presentations (structure of your presentation, design of your slides, the tone of your voice and the body language you convey). You have an ability to influence/communicate with passion & leadership the topics you’ve made yours.
  • Strategic, gets the bigger picture, easily translates raw risks in business impacts.
  • A consultative and cooperative way of interacting. You have the ability to challenge positively.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

  • At least 2-5 years in an international environment in the field of Quality / Regulatory Affairs / Risk Management / Sustainability, preferably in the Luxury, Electronics, Chemistry or Certification & Testing industry.
  • Fluent in French and in English.
  • A master’s degree from an engineering school, law faculty, or business school.
  • General proficiency with Excel, Visio, etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint or blogs/webpages is a plus.
