As a Retail & System Specialist, you will ensure the operations of the front and back-office cashiering system guaranteeing for all Nestlé Brands, the link of the goods and financials flows, between in-store operations and SAP. You will also lead the operational approach (design and execution) of the Test & Learn projects done for Nestlé Research Centers or Brands with the Nestlé Shop shoppers. As member of the Retail Specialist team, you will contribute to the continuous implementation of the reliability of the physical and digital systems to ensure the achievement of the strategy.

A day in the life of a Retail System Specialist
- Collaborate with sales, operations and finance for the preparation of sales cycles, challenging the technical feasibility to guarantee smooth instore operations
- Program the sales cycle plan in the physical and digital systems by conceptualizing, testing, and launching the sales activations plan
- Lead Goods & Cash Inventories with relevant stakeholders including training and support to End-User
- Monitor the quality of the data in the system in collaboration with the Category Manager
- Be the first level support for technical problems related to system, opening and follow-up of tickets
- Remain alert to the continuous improvement of our systems by managing projects – regarding existing or new solutions - with internal or external IT Teams
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in Management Informatic System, Sales Services or Finance
- Excellent knowledge of IT systems, knowledge of Cegid software is a plus
- Strong planning & organizational skills
- Passion for project management & new technologies
- Fluent in French, German and English
- Service orientation is key
