As a Sales Services Specialist, you are the link between the Key Account Manager, our internal stakeholders, and the Customer to ensure an efficient and flawless sales service support. You will collaborate closely with the Key Account Manager and support on the development and implementation of the annual customer plans.

A day in the life of a Sales Services Specialist

• Support the Key Account Managers in managing operational activities like annual planning of Trade Activities, assortment management, Promotional Planning whilst providing reporting and analysis
• Ensure and nurture a productive business communication with Customer buyers to improve the relationship with customers (Phone, Mail, Visits)
• Deliver on time and accurate Trade activity information such as off-invoice discounts and accruals.
• Ensure flawless End-to-End execution of promotional Trade Activities to support and liaise with Demand Planning (Budget, Offer, volume planning, evaluation)
• Proactively construct and implement improvements to sales and cross stream processes and tools to deliver tangible benefits (e.g.: time savings, increased efficiencies etc)
  
  

What Will Make You Successful

• Successful completion of a commercial apprenticeship or higher education degree
• 2-3 years of operational experience, preferably in Sales or Supply Chain roles (e.g. Demand planning, Customer service) would be a plus
• First experience with MS Excel and SAP is an asset
• Fluency in German is a must, good knowledge of English and French is a plus
