To strengthen our Corporate Controlling team we are looking for an

SAP Finance Global process owner (GPO) 100%
office location Baar / ZG, Altstetten / ZH or flexible depending on the location of the position holder
Exciting Challenges
  • Develop roadmap for SAP process improvements related to finance processes
  • Manage and drive design and improvement projects; project management for all larger SAP finance projects
  • Plan and co-ordinate finance related SAP projects with our Global IT organization, rollout teams and regional SAP Business teams
  • Foster process standardization in SAP
  • Governance / Approval of changes to the Alliance Template for FI/CO via participation in SAP Change Advisory Board
  • Define Reporting framework
  • Plan and co-ordinate activities of regional SAP business team initiatives regarding finance processes
  • Follow developments in SAP program suite regarding finance processes
  • Develop guiding principles for SAP authorizations
  • Execute business governance on the activities of the SAP authorization team
  • Offer continuous trainings to key users in companies regarding finance and authorization and to regional SAP Business teams members for corporate projects

We Need Your Skills
  • Higher education in business administration, finance, accounting
  • Several years of experience in a finance/management function in an industrial company, preferably within Sika
  • Work experience in different cultures would be an asset
  • Multi-year experience with SAP ECC 6.0 or S/4 HANA or SAP ByD as key user in the finance area
  • Deep understanding of finance processes in an industrial and international context
  • Solid project management experience, ability to work on a conceptual level to plan projects
  • Strong leadership skills to define and manage a project pipeline
  • Independent, proactive working style
  • Fluent in English, additional languages would be an asset
  • Strong team player with very good communication skills
