Job Description
Working as part of our SGS LabTox TA Commercial team, you will help to develop our presence in the Swiss Asbestos & Environmental Testing market by generating sales leads and providing best-in-class customer service to our client base.
- Day to day back-office administrative tasks and reception
- Apprentice training
- Deputy to the Sales & Customer Care Manager in his absence
- Enhances customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention by providing superior services while ensuring company profit
- Support to the Sales Specialist with Customer Care
- Handle all back-office activities
- Ensure daily phone follow up with clients, maintain databases
- Prepare, control, register and send out invoices to customers
- Provide administrative support to operations activities
- Liaise with the laboratory supervisor to coordinate the activities
- Support the organization of events such as trainings of externals
- Assist and work on various projects apart from main activities
- Ensure appropriate filing and archiving
- Training of the apprentices
- To care and support the apprentices
- Replace the manager when off
- Coordinate the team
- Main liaison for customer and lab
- Making sure Customers’ needs are met
- Enhancing satisfaction & retention
- Technical support to clients
- Support for the Sales Specialist
- Ensure the absolute compliance of his actions with the Code of Integrity
- Knowledge of building pollutants and environmental testing is a plus
- Holds a CFC “Employé de Commerce”
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Fluency in German & Italian with a good knowledge of English, and French is a plus
- You have an experience as an Apprentice instructor (obligatory)
- Good command of MS Office tools and MS Outlook
- Customer care and commercial focus
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Reliable, flexible and accurate
- Team oriented
