Job Title - Senior Enterprise Risk Analyst

As Senior Enterprise Risk Analyst you will support the development of SITA’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) as well as to drive its operation, in line with SITA’s Enterprise Risk Management methodology and framework You will be accountable for internal risk and control identification (and testing), risk documentation, risk monitoring (including identification and measurement of KRIs) as well as to prepare risk reporting reports and communications informing management and stakeholders of risk exposure and status of risk remediation.

What You Will Do

• Identify and document new risks (risk description, resolution, magnitude); identify corresponding KRIs;
• Maintain accurate risk description, risk resolution and resolution status over time;
• In close collaboration with risk owners, assess and corroborate risk resolution effectiveness as well as residual risk magnitude;
• Follow-up with risk owner on risk resolution implementation and control operation;
• Conduct periodic risk review meetings with risk owners and any other relevant stakeholders;
• Produce periodic risk reporting;
• Develop and maintain the Enterprise Risk Management platform; including key stakeholders training; feedback collection and new features implementation.
  
  

Who You Are

• 3 years + experience in corporate / business risk management and/or external/internal auditing in financial / IT analysis functions.
• Strong Excel experience - VLOOKUP, Marcos, VBA, pivot table, analysis of data sets
• Good knowledge of risk management methodology and framework;
• Good knowledge of financial / IT concepts and industry standards;
• Excellent spoken and written English a must; other languages a plus;
• Experience and knowledge of Air Transport Industry regulations;
• Knowledge of business sectors and core processes;
• Good knowledge of Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology (COBIT);
