MAIN PURPOSE

As a strategic HR business partner, you will support our Group Supply Chain departments to meet our business and industrial transformation challenges.

Reporting to the HRD and part of the HQ Human resources department, you will play a key role in building employee and organizational excellence for these departments.

This role is both strategic and hands on and provides full cycle HR support and thought partnership.

Directly managing one HR Business partner and benefiting from the support of a team of HR experts (HR Coordinators, L&D, HR Controlling, Talent Acquisition partners), you will manage employees’ relationships, day-to-day HR operations, drive and embed People strategy and provide HR guidance to support the achievement of business objectives.

You will work with Group Functions leaders to integrate the human resources function within the overall business strategy and act as a trusted adviser on organization design, talent management, learning and development, performance management, and career and succession planning.

You will lead and actively participate in the development of the HR strategy by promoting and fostering a culture and environment that is creative, empowering, healthy and equitable and by coaching others to behave and make decisions in line with this culture.

Key Responsibilities

Transformation / Projects:

Manage effective organizational transformation and change projects.

Lead specific HR transformation projects on Group Supply Chain including Richemont International Distribution.

Lead the Group Supply Chain People committee by driving different key HR topics on a worldwide scale: Job architecture review, RJR alignment, career paths definition, talent reviews, specific learning and development initiatives, new ways of working, diversity, culture …

Recruitment and Integration:

Identify recruitment needs, draft job postings and monitor the applications flows with the support of our Talent acquisition partners.

Partner with Hiring Managers in attracting, recruiting, and hiring candidates whose talent, competencies and experience supports the business needs and the evolution of the skills / competencies required in the transformation.

Develop and promote a strong employer brand value proposition for the function.

Build an internal talent pipeline.

Coach Hiring Managers on all aspects of recruitment, interviewing and onboarding processes.

Oversee on boarding and induction.

Performance management:

Coordinate the annual performance management campaign. Advise, train, support the managers and the employees and work with them to enhance individual performance/capability using appropriate tools.

Talent management:

Organize and coordinate the Talent Reviews with each department by using several tools and methodology. Review each individual development plan and follow them. Support employees in their career path management and mobility. Consolidate and maintain individual data in our system (SAP Talent Desktop) and proceed with global analysis to enhance our Talent Management strategy and actions plan.

Learning & Development:

Participate to the design and implementation of both individual development and department/entity training plans. Promote Learning & Development as well as Feedback culture.

Rewards & Operations:

Ensure a smooth and comprehensive salary review and other compensation processes bonus, long-term incentives with appropriate communication and support to employees. Deploy Richemont reward policy and ensure consistency among the whole population. With the support of our HR Controllers, monitor headcount, staff costs and rolling forecasts as per Group guidelines and department talent reviews and strategic plans.

Supervise all administrative topics which are managed by the HR Transactional Expertise Center and our HR Coordinators.

THE PROFILE

  • Human Resources Master’s Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of Human Resources experience, with skills in talent management, employee relations, recruiting, and performance management in a multi-cultural and matrix organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to be an effective change agent through business evolution. Strong ability to drive progressive change management and process improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects/ timelines while being agile and flexible to pivot according to changing needs.
  • Strong interpersonal and consulting skills in dealing with employees at all levels of the organization, including leadership, influencing and relationship-building across functions.
  • Experience coaching mid and senior-level leaders to improve leadership performance.
  • Enthusiastic and positive team player with strong change agility
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in identifying needs, developing action plans and executing deliverables and presenting outcomes and recommendations.
  • Ability to prioritize and set realistic goals/milestones
  • Proactive solution-focused approach to problem solving
  • Ability to multitask both manage strategic projects and diverse day-to-day hands-on activities
  • Change Management / Transformation experience.
  • French & English fluent (oral and written)
