You will be part of the JP Morgan Suisse Client Operations team. The team focuses on ensuring adherence to regulatory Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Client (KYC) and Cross-Border requirements.

The role is for a 6-months contract. You will work in a fast paced environment where prioritization is key to succeed.

Job responsibilities
  • Review of client documentation for existing accounts and the remediation of relevant data in a variety of systems.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Client (KYC) and Cross-Border requirements.
  • Read KYC tickets and identify beneficial owners and the relationships among them
  • Communicate with a variety of stakeholders

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • AML/KYC and Onboarding Skills
  • Strong and Proven Organizational Skills, including prioritization
  • Strong risk and controls awareness
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, in particular with Word and Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with focus on influential skills and Listening to Stakeholders
  • Takes initiative to identify and articulate solutions without constant supervision
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technological environment
  • Ability to deal with highly confidential information in a professional manner

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or Law preferred
  • Deep knowledge of the different structures open within the Wealth Management industry
  • Fluency in English essential; French and any additional language skills would be an advantage
  • Very precise and concise
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • High energy and enthusiasm required to partner with multiple stakeholders
  • Pro-active self-starter
