• Degree in business informatics or equivalent education (i.e. apprenticeship in informatics)
• Experience in providing 1st and 2nd level support, training and documentation
• Experience designing, developing, maintaining and integrating company-wide or department-specific business applications in collaboration with our business (Sharepoint, JIRA, Confluence, DocuSign, etc.)
• Interest in requirements engineering, software product evaluations and implementation projects and interest to take over ownership for small (business-) applications as well as enthusiasm for agile development methods, management and tools
• German and English skills

Your Responsibilities At Sensirion, you will tackle an array of complex and challenging tasks and realize demanding projects in interdisciplinary teams, while enjoying a high level of freedom in how you organize your activities. Your colleague, Diego (Senior Business Application Engineer), describes his day-to-day work below.What are the specific tasks? I am responsible for digitalizing commercial processes for the business departments using software applications. I discuss the associated requirements with them, customize the tools and operate them after implementation. As a link between IT and Marketing/Sales, I actively shape the new CRM landscape. I also train users, act as the primary contact for questions and problems, and resolve complex difficulties with help from our external partners.What are the daily challenges? Every day is different. You always have a base level of project work, but a system may suddenly stop functioning and bring business to a standstill. Then you have to drop everything and put all of your efforts towards making things run smoothly again.
