Janssen Supply Chain Make Systems Business Process Owner (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

The JSC MAKE Systems Business Process Owner will be responsible for the overall business design, evolution & investment strategy,operating model, performance and standardization of the process areas enabled by the following range of systems and technologies vital to production management
  • ERP Systems (Legagy Platfrom)
  • MES
  • Manufacturing Operation Management Systems
  • Asset Management Systems
  • Process Automation Systems
This leader will act as the JSC key point of contact for for defining strategy, driving alignment, shaping innovation, ensuring process/systems harmonization, guiding change and incident management and maintaining process blueprint for in-scope functional domains. This leader will provide Janssen business expertise and process oversight / alignment end-to-end between all pillars of Supply Chain (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Finance, Quality) to guarantee business process adoption and best practice implementation on all JSC sites.

JSC MAKE Systems Business Process Owner will work collaboratively with the MAKE Business Leads for TranSCend and Next Generation Manufacturing (NGM) to ensure alignment and standardisation of all changes with these critical interdependent programs. During the TranSCend and NGM deployment phases they will support the Change Management and Business Readiness activities to ensure flawless execution and minimal business interruption as well as providing Cutover and Hypercare support.

Key Responsibilities Are As Follows
  • Act as Business Process Owner for JSC MAKE ERP Systems (Legacy Systems) - MES - Manufacturing Operation Management Systems - Asset Management Systems - Process Automation Systems
  • Provide oversights for overall in-scope systems changes, ensuring Site Readiness and essential capabilities for base business management
  • Act as the JSC MAKE key point of contact for issue escalation and resolution.
  • Act as Business Owner for JSC Make for periodic reviews, preparation and execution in collaboration with technical and quality partners and lead the periodic review forum to address potential gaps and monitor actions.
  • Support multiple business functional domain leaders across key supply chain pillars to integrate new transformational capabilities into existing process portfolio in collaboration with the specific program leaders
  • Ensure key business processes and capabilities are designed and deployed in an integrated and effective manner within program timelines and scope.
  • Collaborate with MTO leads and other supply chain partners to implement continuous improvement insights and projects as needed.
  • Acts as the key JSC MAKE business liaison between the Technical and Quality teams and the MAKE business teams
  • Act as key liaison for Legacy ERP Teams with the TranSCend and NGM MAKE Business Leads
  • Drive collaboration across functions to provide solutions that meet customer needs and enable business growth.

Qualifications

Required Minimum Education:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. Advanced degree is preferred

Experience
  • 10 years of related experience in Supply Chain (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver). Line Management experience in Manufacturing, Quality, or other function is preferred. Experience in Operations Excellence/Lean/6-Sigma would be desirable.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

A diverse business background with Supply Chain Operations competencies inclusive of product innovation, planning, customer & logistics services, and manufacturing. Experience working in a global setting, specifically: multi-cultural / multi country locations, logistics. ERP & Manufacturing Operation Management (MOM) systems knowledge and practical application would be required. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills is required. Travel on the Job: 25%, 50% at peak

  • Strong partnering and understanding of relevant end-to-end product and process knowledge and how supply chain capabilities drive E2E Business Performance.
  • Strong customer focus (internal & external), including development and management of stakeholders
  • Ability to effectively lead and govern functional decision-making bodies is required
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, with proven ability to influence/collaborate to get to desired result
  • Demonstrated people management and development experience
  • Demonstrated results leading, coaching and managing change that serves to motivate and inspire a highly engaged workforce to significantly improve performance, achieve stretch goals and solve problems is required
  • 3-5 Years People Management Experience
