Junior Business Process Manager(f/m/d) - economic/engineering/IT/stakeholder/German

For our client Roche Diagnostics based in Rotkreuz we are looking for a Junior Business Process Manager

Background

The Business Process Team Asset Management is part of the BPM Sites & Services department within Business Process & Project Management. The main task of the team is the management and optimization of global processes within the topics Asset Management as well as the support of the respective sites and the global diagnostics functions in this environment. The focus is on the creation of best practice solutions and the corresponding process consulting for continuous process and solution optimization. The perfect candidates have a university degree with around 3 years experience in process management and first project management experience, technical flair and ideally experiences in Master data topics.

Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Building, coordination and maintaining of the business Network for the Aspire - DIA Liaison (Workstream Member AM, including that the corresponding meeting structure with the named contact persons and the key users is established to ensure that all required information regarding Aspire is available in DIA
  • Ensuring the GBP Community communication, including global information on important system issues, eg major incident information, system downtime, releases information (G.Site) etc.
  • Ensuring that the global training material is created or updated, including the connections between the different systems (TTKF, Cornerstone and CIDM)
  • Supporting the Global Change Management in processing change requests & documentation. Ensuring that all required entries are made in the systems provided for this purpose, eg. ALM, JIRA, SNOW
  • Supporting the local Change Management in processing change requests and regression testing for upgrade activities; ensuring that the local business is supported in all ALM activities. eg Requirement definition, test creation, test execution.
  • Providing local business support within the domain BPM Asset Maintenance, including for example Master Data intake and support for mass activities, also process support for global processes, and best practices solutions. This may include both coordination as well as an active contribution to different tasks
Must Have
  • University degree in Economics, Engineering or a comparable field or finished apprenticeship with further education in the same fields
  • 1-3 years experience in Process Management (Change Management, Requirements Management)
  • First project management experiences
  • Very good IT skills with MS Office, Google tools, ideally knowledge in SAP PM/EAM, Jira, SNOW, MIRO
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills in English, German is a plus
  • Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
