Your field of responsibility


Join us as Junior Compliance Officer in an interesting position in the Special Projects & Reporting team in Core Compliance.
You will be responsible for financial forecasts and headcount forecasts for Core Compliance and be the point of contact for Intra-Group Service Management (IGSM) for provided and received services. You will actively support the management and coordination of the Core Compliance function by developing a suitable reporting / MIs. In your daily work, you will strongly support the Core Compliance management team by preparing meetings and presentations for Senior Management as well as Regulators (FINMA) and auditors.
In your new role, you also have the opportunity to actively contribute to selected Core Compliance projects.
You will partner with areas within Compliance as well as other areas throughout the bank.

The Core Compliance function is responsible for identifying, mitigating and handling compliance risks via enterprise wide compliance programs. It establishes new bank-wide programs as necessary, and works with the Divisional CCOs to ensure that these are appropriately adopted front-to-back. It drives operational excellence across Compliance, and with particular focus on wealth management businesses. Your skills and experience


We are looking for a staff or equivalent who is able to demonstrate the following:

  • University degree (Bachelor or Master) or equal qualifying experience in Business Administration, preferably specialized in Banking and/or Finance
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in the field of Finance / Controlling / COO
  • Additional working experience in the field of Compliance is a very strong advantage
  • Results oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills, with attention to details
  • Organized, self-motivated and accountable, with good interpersonal skillset
  • Good stakeholder management skills and an ability to effectively collaborate at all levels
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in English; German is an advantage
  • High degree of proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
