IntroductionFor one of our clients, a multinational active in Cosmetics and based in Geneva, we are looking for a :Junior Data Coordinator 100 %Temporary position for a mission planned from 3 to 6 months you will take care of managing and regulating several databases.Description De La Mission
  • Gather regulatory information from suppliers
  • Identify data gaps
  • Review compliance documents
  • Update regulatory databases
  • Support fragrance regulatory team
Profil AttenduThe future Junior Data Coordinator must meet the expectations listed below :
  • Fluent in English
  • Science background – knowledge of raw materials and their function is a plus
  • 6 months project work, on updating SAP to support China registration, gathering Annex 14 documents from suppliers globally and updating raw material information in SAP
  • Prior experience working with SAP, strong computer and data entry skills
  • Worked in an R&D environment
  • Organized, rigorous, independent, strong written and oral communication skills
  • Able to problem solve
  • Start date asap
