We are looking for an Junior Digital Specialist(f/m/x) for one of our clients based in the canton of Geneva.

Missions

Project Management : launch new apps/services:

  • Gather business needs
  • Specify the needs and translate them into digital requirements
  • Project Management
  • Deliver the project to the business and train associates when necessary

On a daily base, QA and administrate different company sites:

  • Be the key contact person for any bug on the sites, (bug identification, ticket creation, follow up, QA, non-regression, validation till release)
  • Manage maintenance budget by challenging the agency and precise follow up
  • Administrate website through WordPress and other 3rd party back-end: Update any part of the site upon demand (images, text, technical contribution)
  • Average 60% of time dedicated to administrate site through backend
  • Manage CRM databases through Mailchimp (contact management, audience and tags coordination)

Support the team in achieving yearly digital KPIs plan:

  • Support social media touchpoints, help increase publications reach and database growth
  • Support website and channel SEO increase through technical, content, and authority improvements
  • Assist in the development of CRM strategy through Newsletter and marketing automation creation/optimization
  • Conversion:

As a Digital Specialist, analytics will be at the heart of all your actions:

  • Monitor all touchpoints on a daily base (owned site, social media touchpoints, external tools)
  • Make sure that the tracking plan is maintained, evolved with new deliverables, and make sure tracking is perfectly ligned with GDPR requirements
  • Measure the impact of your actions through analytics via the creation of dashboards, post mortem and recurring reporting
  • Benchmark and identify digital best practices/cases from industry and outside of the industry
  • Support in the overall analysis of digital funnel

These tasks are not limitative and other missions can be provided depending on activities

Profil du candidat

  • Master degree in Digital/Digital Marketing
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position or startup environment
  • Analytical/Business Oriented
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); French and Polish an asset
  • At ease in working within an international environment
