Main duties

  • Responsible for timely processing (verification, approval, booking and payment) of incoming invoices from suppliers and contractors (accounts payables)
  • Processing outgoing invoices (accounts receivables)
  • Reconciliation of AP/AR
  • Processing of credit cards expenses
  • Responsible for bank bookings and reconciliation including intercompany netting and processing
  • Managing and maintenance of a central finance mailbox
  • Assisting and supporting the Senior Financial Accountant with various general accounting tasks and the monthly closing


Professional competence

  • 2 - 3 years of experience within accounting
  • Experience with Movex, Cisbox and Reval is a plus
  • Commercial education, further education in finance & accounting is a plus
