Primary Function Of Position

The Sales Compensation Analyst is responsible for working within the Sales Compensation team in collaboration with Sales Operations to support implementation of our incentive compensation plans. As an integral part of our sales compensation team, the Sales Compensation Analyst is responsible for providing support in the implementation and administration of our sales compensation plans.

This is an administrative role involving a developing knowledge of sales and compensation concepts and requires the ability to work independently, meet deadlines aligned with internal customer needs and requires flexibility. It also requires an advanced knowledge of the MS Suite and previous experience navigating systems.

Roles And Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation and administration of incentive compensation plans
  • Provide administrative support for Global Sales Compensation Planning
  • Manage updates and changes in Compensation Systems
  • Develop communications for sales compensation plans roll-out
  • Support analysis in compensation results relative to sales performance
  • Develop tools and dashboards that clearly communicate compensation element performance
  • Interact with Sales Operations, Commissions, Finance and other teams as needed to ensure accuracy of data used to determine compensation
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly commission processing as a support to the Commissions team
  • Prioritize requests to establish and deliver upon stakeholder expectations
  • And other sales compensation duties as assigned that may not be directly addressed in the above bullets
Required Knowledge, Skills, And Experience
  • 1+ years in a Sales Operations or Finance role
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable with scenario analyses
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to support and prioritize multiple projects concurrently
  • Advanced MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and data analysis skills
  • Working knowledge of Tableau, SQL, and CRM systems (Salesforce.com)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Fluent in English, French nice to have
