OVERVIEW:

Reporting directly to Franchising WWD Manager , the candidate will split the time between our head offices in Lugano (70%), our international offices and showroom in Milan and travelling to our franchise markets. The Franchising Manager will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and growing our franchising stores business. The role will be requiring monitoring each individual store, managing daily operations and being the point-of-contact at corporate headquarters for our global franchise partners.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist FR partners in daily activities

- Monitor and analyse account selling

- Share and put in place all Headquarters guidelines in terms of VM, Marketing activities and new projects

- Implement brand strategy

- Able in Franchising agreement pillars

- In charge to achieve seasonal budget goals

- Able in commercial negotiations, Franchising agreements and conditions with franchisee partners. Support their long term strategies and day-to-day activities to reach sales targets and profitability.

PROFILE:

• Proven experience as Junior Franchising Manager 2/3 years

- Problem solving attitude

- Analytic mind

- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English; knowledge of a second European language is a plus
